We were no strangers to inspection trips having unsuccessfully visited Marbella on two previous occasions and after finding Space Marbella on Rightmove we quickly found that they wanted to help us find our perfect home. We just wanted to thank both you and Nathalie for all your help and hard work in finding us our dream home in the sun. We feel you worked tirelessly to help us find our property in Spain and we are pretty sure you must have been sick to the back teeth of the pair of us. On the plus side you are now an expert in property location on Google Earth.

Nathalie met us at Malaga airport with a friendly smile, despite it being very late last Tuesday night and probably a very long tiring day, that aside Nathalie still had a very warm welcome for us . She was prompt with her timings and her organisational skills were most impressive. Our viewings went like clockwork and her knowledge of the various areas on the Costa Del Sol was very comforting. No matter what we asked of her nothing was of any trouble and her advice was honest and very informative, she has such a warm personality it kept us at ease and helped keep our feet on the ground, it also helped ease the pressure of buying and ensured we all got along tremendously throughout our buying experience over the three days and made being in her company a pleasure. Her attention to detail was very impressive and demonstrated to us that she is an asset to Space Marbella and any prospective buyers who have the pleasure of dealing with her.

Through dealing with a professional team with an open welcoming attitude and patience we found our dream home, and will certainly recommend you both to any of our friends should they be looking to join us on the Costa Del Sol.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you both in particular and to all your team for all of your help and guidance with our purchase in Gran Calahonda as it completed today
I know I’m a bit of a pain in the arse when I’m buying something as I do like to make sure that it suits us as much as possible so I can be quite particular and ask a lot of questions so I hope I haven’t been too painful for you !!!!!!!!
You have been amazing in guiding me through the process of which is daunting in itself and answered all of my questions in such a fashion that were very clear to understand
I would not hesitate in recommending Space Marbella to friends with regards to renting (your renting team are also really good, so thank them please) or purchasing
Please let me know if i can ever provide reassurance to any prospective purchasers that you are a trustworthy company to buy through as this was one of my main concerns when buying in Spain
