The developer will build 53 chalets in a week and a half each with a factory construction system
The developer Aedas Homes inaugurated yesterday the pilot floor of a new development of 53 chalets of 3 and 4 bedrooms that will be built in Estepona. This is the Vanian Valley promotion, which will be built in less than a year thanks to a new industrialized construction system whereby the houses are manufactured by modules that are assembled once already on the cemented ground.
The managers of the developer presented yesterday the pilot house: a building of 190 square meters built and another 90 of terraces, between ground floor and tower. In addition, you will have a dining room of about 40 meters, together with an open kitchen of more than 10 meters designed to enjoy with your family.
The house on the ground floor has a large bedroom for guests or office and a bathroom. In the first height it houses 3 bedrooms –including the main one, larger and with dressing room–, bathroom en suite and access to a terrace with views. From the first floor you can access a lounge in the tower that gives access to a solarium terrace where you can enjoy the sea view.
The manager of Vanian Valley, Ignacio Cañedo-Argüelles, informed that the works of the residential complex will begin at the beginning of the year and already have the works license granted by the City of Estepona, so they will be ready the first quarter of 2021.
The housing project is signed by the architecture studio HCP Arquitectura & Ingeniería, with high quality finishes, while the decoration is the work of Aalto Furniture.
In addition, the promotion will have in the common areas four swimming pools – two for adults, one for children and another cover -, gym, word & fun space and gardens with private parking, with 24-hour security.
The territorial director of Aedas Homes added that they have launched industrialized housing construction in association with architecture, design and engineering studies to offer homes with higher quality standards in record time, as demanded by the client today.
